With a guttural cast the caster summons a ravenous blast of fire which burns and bites at the target dealing 12d6 Fire damage and lowering the AC of non-metal armor by 1 and searing flammable things on the targets body. Dexterity save forces the target to move 5' but target takes no damage and is not burnt.
@Higher Level:: Deals an addition 1d6 damage per extra level and AC "damage" increases by 1
